"Balance"
This is my symbol for balance. Using many cultural perspectives I've assembled this piece as a type of sigil. I have a personal goal to create art which brings people together and shows similarity. I would like for a person from one sect or culture to be able to see an icon they identify with in conjunction with one they might not and recognize they both mean the same thing. Here I've used Egyptian, Cabalistic, Celtic, Taoist, Sufi, Hebrew, Naturalistic, and Modern symbols. I have tried to put my heart into this piece and give it a personal touch in which I hope will be evident. It is truly my wish for us all to find a common Balance in this life and build upon that foundation in the world to come.
